The Accountant is responsible for preparing and
examining financial records. He/she makes sure that records are accurate and
that taxes are paid properly and on time and therefore prepare tax and
financial statements. Accountant performs overviews of the financial operations
of a business in order to help it run efficiently. The Account provides support
for some day-to-day activities such as payroll of employees, as well as other
payments. He/she also helps OXIMIO to create plans of action for improved
financial well-being.
• Analyzes, checks the
correctness and record primary documents in the system
• Accounting the
settlements with buyers and suppliers; document execution and recognition in
the statements. Carrying out of acts of reconciliation. Provides reliable data
of receivables and payables by buyers, with State authorities
• Accounting of current
and non-current assets, participation in an inventory
• Generates payment
orders, accounting of bank operations, communication with bank managers
• Administer the
payroll of employees

3.1. Qualification
· Higher education in either finance or economics
· Chartered status is required
· Professional knowledge in economics, finance, accounting and reporting,
financial management, know the principles of conducting international business
operations
· Relevant, relatable experience gained in a similar role
· Knowledge and experience of a Pharmaceutical environment (Desirable)
· Experience of working within current legislation and regulatory acts
regulating activities in the sphere of economic operations, financial and tax
matters
· Previous experience with the software product 1C
· Previous experience in normative legal acts of state regulation of
conducting clinical research of medicinal products
· Previous experience of working within international standards (GMP, GDP,
ISO 9001: 2015)
