- Process invoices, prepare payments, and maintain accurate records in the accounting system.
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and generate accounts payable reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and identify process improvements while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a similar role in international environment (Shared Services Center experience advantage)
- Experience with ERP systems and in accounting software, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong accuracy in data entry, with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent organizational skills and effective communication with internal and external customers (vendors)
- Proficiency in English at B2 level, with strong written and verbal communication.

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross): 1 700 EUR/month
This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Master's degree
