- Good understanding of payroll and statutory compliance (PAYE, VAT, WHT, NSSF, NHIF)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
