Join our team and play a key role in driving financial accuracy, transparency and business insight across North America Tire (NAT). As a Senior Accountant, you will contribute to the integrity of consolidated financial statements while partnering with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
What You’ll DoExecute month-end closing routines related to intercompany consolidation.
Support inventory valuation, customer sales programs and benefits accounting.
Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Perform budget vs. actual, cash flow and balance sheet analysis.
Support internal and external financial reporting requirements.
Maintain compliance with internal controls in accordance with SOX.
Support accounting and finance decision-making through analysis and presentations.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
2+ years of experience in Accounting, Auditing and/or Financial Analysis.
Experience in a large corporate, manufacturing organization or public accounting firm preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and Hyperion Essbase.
Understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks (SOX).
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working in a manufacturing or large corporate environment.
Ability to quickly build credibility and collaborate cross-functionally.
Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly communicate financial insights.
