The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, strong aptitude for technical research, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial information to external stakeholders.Responsibilities:- Manage periodic journal entries and reconciliations for assigned accounts (e.g., leases, debt accounting, prepaids, etc.)
- Blackline administration encompassing user setup/access, month-end and year-end close tasks, journal entries, and reconciliation assignments.
- Perform intercompany transaction reconcilement and coordinate company eliminations for financial consolidation.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements and play an active role in the implementation of new accounting standards and initiatives.
- Prepare and coordinate supporting schedules, footnotes, and documentation for external financial audits and reviews.
- Support GL chart of accounts maintenance and associated financial statement mapping.
- Aid the accounting team in day-to-day activities, special projects, and workflow process improvements.
- Support tie-out of the financial systems (e.g. Adaptive to EPICOR).

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on general accounting and external reporting.
- Working knowledge of Blackline tasks, reconciliations, and/or journals and Blackline administration
- Working knowledge of GAAP with an insatiable appetite for technical research.
- Familiarity in financial reporting systems and software (e.g., EPICOR, Adaptive, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including project management skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to upholding ethical standards.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic organization.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA certification
