The successful candidate can be based in Lismore, Ballina or Kingscliff.
Your role, your contribution!
- Prepare a broad range of tax compliance work including Business Activity Statements (BAS), financial statements, reconciliations, and tax returns for companies, partnerships, trusts, and individuals
- Manage your workflow to ensure jobs are completed to a high technical standard, within budget and agreed timeframes
- Support clients by ensuring compliance requirements are met with regulatory bodies and statutory authorities
- Build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and teams across multiple office locations.
- Contribute to a positive team culture where collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement are valued + Senior Accountants will support in mentoring and coaching junior team members

What you bring to the role:
- Previous accounting experience within Public Practice, with solid knowledge of Australian taxation requirements
- CA or CPA qualified or currently working towards completion
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to continue learning and developing
- A genuine interest in accounting, business advisory, and helping clients succeed.
