JOB DESCRIPTION
This position provides accounting support for payroll related accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general ledger functions such as journal entry preparation, on & off cycle payroll journal entries & account analysis. Work with Payroll teammate and field managers to limit the amount of corrections needed within Workday and Oracle
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and facilitate clearing of misclassified entries. Email monthly reports. This includes analyzing TM deductions such as ESPP, stock options, charitable contributions and 401k
- Prepare and/or review communications and presentations. Provide Payroll Accounting information to teammates inside and outside of Finance
- Review process documentation and text of accounts at least annually.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- 1-2 years of experience
- Associate’s Degree or Apprenticeship
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required
Preferred
- Minimum of one year of related Payroll or Accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Access
TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS
Travel: Less than 5%
Work Schedule: Ability to flex schedule (work hours) to support business need, including the ability to work nights and occasional weekends.
Overtime: On occasion as needed up to 5%

Salary/ Wage Range
$18.50 - $30.00 / hour
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
