Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journals and schedules for review, including preparation of monthly accounting entries
- Prepare and analysis of monthly PL variance commentary
- Prepare tenant recovery and expenses forecasting and budgeting
- Assist/perform in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reporting to management
- Work closely with business units to follow up on any operational and capex matter
- Work closely with other departments to follow up on any inter-department/ inter-companies transactions
- Assist weekly audit and review SOP
- Any other ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, with minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Preferably with auditing experience
- Team player with high integrity and sense of urgency
- Possess strong project management skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy on work deliverables

Skills Required
