Dein Fokus liegt nicht nur auf der Aufrechterhaltung des Status quo, sondern darauf, eine hocheffiziente, automatisierte und moderne Buchhaltungslandschaft mitzugestalten, die mit unserem globalen Wachstum Schritt hält.
Deine Aufgaben
Tagesgeschäft: Verantwortung für die Hauptbuchhaltung, einschließlich Kreditoren, Debitoren und Bankabstimmungen.
Abschlüsse: Aktive Unterstützung bei der Erstellung präziser Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB (Handelsgesetzbuch).
Steuerliche Compliance: Erstellung und Übermittlung von Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen sowie Mitwirkung bei den jährlichen Körperschaftsteuererklärungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerberater.
Prozessautomatisierung: Identifikation und Automatisierung wiederkehrender Buchhaltungsabläufe unter Einsatz moderner ERP-Systeme und digitaler Tool-Integrationen, um manuellen Aufwand zu minimieren.
Intercompany-, Bestands- & Anlagenverwaltung: Überwachung von WIP, COGS und Bestandsveränderungen. Bearbeitung der Anlagenbuchhaltung und Unterstützung bei Intercompany-Abstimmungen über unsere internationalen Gesellschaften hinweg.
Zusammenarbeit: Unterstützung der externen Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater sowie verlässlicher Ansprechpartner für interne Stakeholder aus HR, Operations und Engineering.
Das bringst du mit
Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte/r – eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter/in ist ein Plus.
Erfahrung: Bis zu 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Start-up, Scale-up oder internationalen Umfeld.
Steuer- & Buchhaltungs-Know-how: Fundierte, verlässliche Kenntnisse des deutschen Steuerrechts und der HGB-Rechnungslegung sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis von IFRS und US-GAAP.
Automatisierungs-Mindset: Ein ausgeprägter Antrieb, Arbeitsabläufe zu verbessern, zu strukturieren und zu standardisieren; du nutzt lieber moderne Tools und Software (z. B. DATEV, ODOO, Ramp, ERP-Systeme), um manuelle Buchungen zu automatisieren, statt Dinge doppelt zu tun – mit erheblichem Spielraum für Eigeninitiative.
Arbeitsweise: Ein äußerst strukturierter, präziser und pragmatischer Umgang mit Daten, verbunden mit einem starken Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Integrität.
Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, um souverän mit globalen Teams sowie lokalen Behörden und Steuerberatern zu kommunizieren.
Unternehmerisches Denken: Buchhalter aus Überzeugung, mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis für die Geschäftslogik eines Start-ups und der Fähigkeit, komplexe finanzielle Sachverhalte klar zu erläutern.

Skills Required
- Completed commercial vocational training (kaufmännische Berufsausbildung)
- Experience in accounting or auditing (up to 5 years)
- Proven knowledge of German tax law and HGB accounting
- Basic understanding of IFRS and US GAAP
- Experience with VAT filings and corporate tax processes (in cooperation with tax advisors)
- Experience in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
- Experience with intercompany reconciliations, inventory/WIP/COGS monitoring and fixed asset accounting
- Automation mindset and experience using modern accounting/ERP tools (e.g., DATEV, ODOO, Ramp, other ERP systems)
- Highly structured, precise and pragmatic data handling with strong responsibility and integrity
- Very good German and English language skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to explain complex financial matters clearly
- Further qualification as Bilanzbuchhalter/in
