We are looking for a motivated Auxiliary Accountant to provide accounting support services for U.S.-based companies. This entry-level to mid-level role is ideal for professionals who have completed their Accounting degree and wish to gain experience in U.S. accounting processes while supporting senior accountants in day-to-day financial operations.
Assist in the preparation and organization of financial records for U.S. clients.
Perform data entry, verify accuracy of accounting transactions, and maintain digital records.
Support bank and account reconciliations, vendor payments, and invoice processing.
Help with expense reports, A/P and A/R monitoring, and maintaining supporting documentation.
Coordinate with senior accountants to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
Respond to routine client inquiries in English (B2 level) via email and virtual calls.
Assist with monthly closing activities, financial audits, and tax preparation support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory).
- 1+ years of basic accounting or internship experience preferred (recent graduates will also be considered).
- Basic understanding of U.S. accounting processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Excel and basic accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) is desirable.
- B2 English level – able to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced KPO environment.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to changing client needs.
Ability to work under supervision while meeting deadlines.
