Job Description
LGT Fund Managers (LGT FM) provides in-house fund administration services for our client LGT Capital Partners (LGT CP). LGT FM consists of over 100 employees across Liechtenstein, Ireland and Luxembourg administering predominantly close ended Private Equity structures.
The Investment Cashflows Accountant is a Dublin‑based role within the centrally organized Investment Cashflow Team primarily based in Liechtenstein. As part of this international team, you will responsible for the accurate population, review, and maintenance of investment cashflows for private market funds. You will focus on ensuring timely and high-quality processing of cashflows within the Hazeltree platform and related systems, actively driving data quality improvements and robustness of cashflows information. In addition, you have the chance to contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, controls, and data transparency across investment cashflow operations.
Key Responsibilities:Populate, maintain, and review investment cashflows (capital calls for investments, management fees, expenses, etc.; distributions of cash and stock; etc.) in Hazeltree;
Perform quality checks and reconciliations of investment cashflow data against capital account statements, cashflow notices, and internal records;
Support Fund Accounting and related teams by providing accurate and timely cashflow data and clarifications;
Actively follow up on daily queries and requests from FM‑internal stakeholders as well as cross‑functional teams outside of FM, while consistently maintaining a client‑centric mindset;
Actively engage with the Investment Cashflows Team on daily operational topics and escalation handling;
Participate in process improvements, control enhancements, and system-related initiatives within investment cashflow operations;
Support additional operational tasks as required, ensuring continuity and robustness of cashflow processes;
Work as part of a multi‑locational team, actively driving collaboration, alignment, and knowledge sharing across locations;
Actively capture, assess, and incorporate client requirements and feedback into investment cashflow processes, contributing to continuous service and data quality improvements.
Requirements
Background in accounting, finance, or business administration;
Relevant experience in fund accounting, investment operations, or cashflow-related processes, with a clear interest in private markets;
Strong attention to detail and a structured, control-oriented working style;
Very good Excel skills; experience with investment, treasury, or cashflow systems (e.g. Hazeltree) is an advantage;
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of defined processes;
Analytical thinking and a strong sense of responsibility for data quality.
