将来的には、ファイナンス部門の中核メンバーとして、幅広い経理業務を担当しながら専門性を深めていただきます。Responsibilities:
1. 決算業務（60%）
- 月次・四半期・年次の決算業務のサポート
- 販売費および一般管理費（含む給与）に関する決算業務全般
- 子会社（ECビジネス）の決算業務全般と、本社に対する連結レポート資料の作成
- 日々の資金繰りに伴う銀行関係業務
- 資金繰り策定のサポート
- 債権流動化実務（銀行との調整を含む）
- 会社法監査のサポート
- 税務申告（法人税･消費税）のサポート
- 社内プロジェクトへの参画
- 業務改善の推進
求めるスキル・経験必須
- 会計ならびに決算業務についての基本理解
- ファイナンス、会計関連業務の経験が5年以上
- オペレーションや商習慣を理解し、会計プロセスに結び付けて理解する能力
