About the role
As an accountant you will manage financial records and ensure compliance with regulations. You'll be reporting to the Regional Finance Manager for Germany and Austria.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approval of incoming purchase orders
- Review and approval of travel expense reports in SAP Concur
- Review and accounting of credit card statements
- Monitoring customer incoming payments
- Maintenance of accounts receivable/payable
- Reconciliation and maintenance of intercompany accounts
- Support in determining provisions and accruals for month end
- Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB (knowledge of IFRS is an advantage)
- Optimization of accounting processes and implementation of projects within the department
Required experience and qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training with further education as a financial accountant
- 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge of Netsuite is an advantage
- Independent and precise working style

- Good time management and self-organization
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Good English skills
- German would be a plus
