In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Participate in the month end close process by preparing and booking journal entries and adhering to the close schedule and checklist
• Complete monthly account reconciliations on assigned balance sheet accounts
• Ensure daily cash receipts and disbursements are recorded accurately
• Resolve payment discrepancies and provide responses to customer inquiries internally
• Prepare Intercompany invoicing, entries, reconciliation and timely communication with colleagues
• Actively participate in team projects, including but not limited to SOX testing and audits. 

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or University degree) in Accounting or Finance
• 1-2 years accounting relevant progressive experience and/or training
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work with large data sets and identify inconsistencies and problem areas
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel pivots, formulas, and look-ups.
• Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
