Fusion Worldwide is expanding and we are looking to add an Accounts Payable/Receivable Accountant to the Finance team. You will be responsible for processing invoices in a timely manner, ensuring that they are accurately transferred into the financial system of the company and assisting our Staff Accountant with overall accounting tasks across EMEA. You will gradually overtake major daily tasks of accounting in EMEA for our 3 offices: Amsterdam, Munich and Udine.
What you can do for us:
- Assist with the payment processes
- Collect outstanding receivables, including working with internal and external stakeholders to close in overdue accounts
- Prepare of AR aging reports on timely basis
- Code and process a high volume of invoices into the company financial system
- Upload all cash activity into the Great Plains for the EMEA offices
Who we're looking for:
- A high-energy, proactive, and accurate person driven to succeed
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the European market.
- An individual who can collaborate and is eager to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office Package
- Fluency in English is required
- Experience with the Great Plains is a plus
- Relevant experience required (e.g. closing the month and a year, reconsiliation, maintaining cash flow, reporting, processing invoices)
- Someone who has an ownership approach
