JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform full set of accounting work and keep all records up-to-date
- Supervise AR section
- Attend monthly credit meeting externally with HKHA and holding one internally with hotel’s management team for better judgment on credit risk and for communicating credit information to top management
- Monitor credit limit of all Accounts Receivable
- Ensure the timely collection of outstanding receivables
- Handle all credit facilities including credit card device and sales slip
- Supervise of daily cash & credit card transactions
- Control the deposit summary
- Assist in month-end closing and preparing monthly reports
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 year accounting experience preferably in hotel business
- Strong sense of responsibility, Detail-mined, high sense of accuracy and efficiency
- Proficient in computer skill including MS Excel and Word, with knowledge of Sun system is definite an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
