RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support LT and ST cash flow forecast
- Support in cash management activities
- Support bank accounts opening, closing and optimization
- Support in company financing, both LT and ST, both external and internal
- Support hedging activities to fulfill FX risk management under Evonik group policy
- Support in BAD transfer and discounting
- Fulfill various treasury related reporting
- Implement overseas payments
- Declare non-trade transactions
- Reconcile input VAT and output VAT
- Prepare and reconcile SAFE reports and import records
- Issue VAT invoices
- Process EDI payments
- Support audits and coordination
- Manage confirmation letters
- File vouchers
- Scan and register invoices
- Perform other tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/financing
- More than one year accounting/financial experience
- Ability to work independently as well as teamwork spirit
- Fluent in English in verbal and business writing
- In depth accounting knowledge
- Good Excel, PowerPoint skills and familiar with SAP
