We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and support financial operations. This role works closely with management and plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting payroll processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries
- Assist with payroll processing and related reports
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records
- Support month-end closing and basic financial reporting
- Work closely with management on financial needs and requests
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting (preferred)
- Familiarity with accounting systems/software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work onsite in Waikiki
