Job Description:n dieser Position verantworten Sie die Erstellung, Prüfung und Abrechnung von Betriebs- und Nebenkosten für Wohn‑ und/oder Gewerbeimmobilien und stellen deren Transparenz und Vertragstreue sicher.- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Heiz- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen für komplexe Gewerbeimmobilien
- Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Widersprüchen
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Heizkosten- und Nutzerdaten für die Messdienstunternehmen
- Pflege abrechungsrelevanter Stammdaten um RELion
- Prüfung von mietvertraglichen Regelungen und Analyse der Umlagefähigkeit einzelner Posten in enger Abstimmung mit dem Property Management
- Sachliche und rechnerische Prüfung betriebskostenrelevanter Rechnungen
- Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen und Mitarbeit an internen Projekten
- PROFILE
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. Immobilienkaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Betriebskostenabrechnung oder Immobilienmanagement
- Organisationstalent und selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Software RELion und Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Ausgeprägte Service und Kundenorientierung
