Job Title Accountant Associate – HMI Fixed Assets
General Purpose
Primarily responsible for Fixed Assets, reporting. Support the Global Services team in implementing strategic plans and objectives for the function that will enable the overall business plan to be achieved.
- Creation of Assets in ERP, maintenance of Assets
- Roll forward, update, maintenance of assets.
- CAR closures, disposal of assets
- Capitalization and Reclassification of assets
- Run depreciations of assets in ERP
- Balance sheet reconciliation for Fixed assets
- Journal entries preparation related Fixed assets (month ends, quarter ends, yearly)
- Perform other Ad hoc reporting tasks.
- Prepare and maintain SOW
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in Fixed Assets and Fixed Assets Reconciliation
- Experience in BPO/ Shared Service Preferable
- Experience in ERP (LN preferred), SAGE, MS Excel
- Workday experience preferred

- Able to communicate effectively at all levels, by telephone and face-to-face.
- Computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Flexible to work in shifts as required.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude to change and adaptable to meet new challenges.
- Self-motivated – able to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
