- Process vendor invoices using two-way and three-way matching procedures while ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial information.
- Review invoice documentation, validate coding, and facilitate approval workflows for invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Ensure goods receipts are appropriately recorded for purchase order invoices and reconcile vendor statements when required.
- Process vendor payments in accordance with agreed payment terms and company payment schedules, including urgent payment requests.
- Support vendor onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding activities while adhering to segregation of duties and internal control requirements.
- Review and process employee travel and expense claims through Concur, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursement.
- Contribute to month-end closing activities, including accrual preparation, SOX-related reporting, and participation in finance improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business-related discipline.
- You must have 2 years of experience in end to end accounts payable process in a shared services or other high-volume transaction environments.
- Experience working with SAP or a comparable ERP system is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial transactions and records.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
