Job DescriptionAn entry-level position responsible for performing basic accounting and administrative tasks for private
wealth clients under direct supervision. This role supports fundamental financial operations while
developing knowledge of trust and company structures, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail in
routine processing activities.
Core Responsibilities:
• Support private wealth accounting operations
• Maintain basic financial records and documentation
• Follow established compliance procedures
• Assist with routine client administration
• Build knowledge of trust and corporate structures
• Support team administrative functions
Tasks:
• Process basic bookkeeping entries
• Update accounting records and journals
• Prepare working papers and schedules
• Monitor assigned client mailboxes
• Gather and maintain source documents
• Follow compliance checklists
• Support year-end processes
• Assist with client documentation
• Escalate issues to supervisors
• Support client reporting requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned for role and business needs
Educational Background:
• HSC with strong numerical skills studying for ACCA or ACA or equivalent or Degree holder
Professional Experience:
• Internship or 0–1 years of experience in private wealth management or trust administration is a
plus
