What you'll accomplish with us
As an Account Transfer Administrator, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Process and coordinate incoming and outgoing account transfers while respecting service level agreements, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Review, validate, initiate, and complete ATON and non-ATON transfer requests, ensuring all documentation is accurate and processed within established timelines.
Communicate effectively with advisors, branches, operational teams, National Bank Financial, and external financial institutions regarding transfer requests, rejections, and outstanding items.
Monitor daily and weekly transfer reports, identify issues, follow up on outstanding transactions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Perform quality control on transfer documentation, deposits, account reconciliations, mutual fund bookings, and transfer-related transactions, while supporting departmental phone, email, and mail administration.

Is flexible and available to work overtime when required to support operational needs and service standards.
