Role Overview
The Account Technical Lead (ATL), Enterprise Accounts, leads high-complexity technical engagements, independently drives enterprise discovery, architects detailed solution designs, and develops the Customer Technical Vision (CTV). The ATL serves as the primary technical advisor to customers, building deep relationships and ensuring alignment between technical solutions and strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end technical discovery across multiple workflows, systems, and disciplines, identifying transformation opportunities that align Autodesk technology to customer objectives.
Architect advanced, multi-solution technical proposals and deployment paths, creating clear ROI narratives and solution justification artifacts.
Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders as a strategic technical advisor.
Develop and maintain a detailed Customer Technical Vision (CTV) capturing technical footprint, long-term goals, and adoption strategy.
Proactively identify multi-solution expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Lead complex technical escalations requiring cross-functional coordination.
Collaborate with Account Executives to shape opportunity strategy using technical insights.
Orchestrate internal specialists for demonstrations, benchmarking, and technical workshops.
Provide clear, data-driven analysis of evaluation outcomes and performance results.
Represent Autodesk in enterprise events and industry discussions as a thought leader.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of industry knowledge or Autodesk expertise.
Demonstrated ability to lead high-complexity technical engagements and architect advanced solution designs.
Proven experience building long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
Strong technical proficiency in Autodesk capabilities or similar enterprise-scale solutions.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and persuasion skills.
Experience collaborating with sales, customer success, and technical specialist teams.
Strong business acumen and ability to support transformation strategies using industry insights and financial reasoning.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Deep expertise in Autodesk solutions or comparable enterprise technology platforms.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in technical discovery and solution architecture.
Proven track record of driving multi-solution expansion opportunities and revenue growth.
Experience representing organizations at industry events and in thought leadership roles.
Ability to develop compelling customer-centric narratives and solution justification artifacts.
Experience providing insights to marketing, product, and leadership teams.
