We are looking for a high-potential Account Support Manager to join our growing India team.
This is a dynamic hybrid role designed for professionals who want exposure to airline account management, commercial sourcing, and operational delivery - all in one position. You will act as the bridge between Client Account Management and Operations, managing complex and time-sensitive crew accommodation requirements while developing strong commercial and client-facing skills.

Account & Client Exposure
- Support strategic airline accounts.
- Participate in client calls and performance reviews.
- Track KPIs, savings, and service performance.
- Escalate and resolve operational risks proactively.
- Support RFP processes and market sourcing initiatives.
- Conduct rate benchmarking and supplier analysis.
- Assist in contract coordination and documentation.
- Track contract timelines and renewals.
- Manage urgent commercial requests such as charters, crew relocations, and special operations.
- Liaise between Operations and Account Management to ensure structured resolution.
- Support supplier performance monitoring and service improvements.
- Maintain accuracy in internal systems (Salesforce / ACES).
- Support reporting, contract documentation, and audit readiness.
- 3-6 years in airline, hospitality, travel BPO, procurement, or operations.
- Strong communication skills with confidence working with international stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with operational understanding.
- Excel skills and comfort working with data.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
- Ambitious and interested in progressing into Account Management and Sourcing.
Full-time, Monday through Friday, normal core business hours and as needed on nights and weekends unless otherwise specified. This role is based in Mumbai or Delhi, India
