We are looking for an Account Supervisor who will be a guru in the B2B tech space. You will have the opportunity to develop and drive integrated plans for some of today’s hottest products and services in B2B technology. In addition to deep Tech work, we’re also active at the heart of the tech revolution across sectors, including Finance, Healthcare, Automotive, and Mobility.
As an Account Supervisor, you’ll:
Play a major role in the creation of communications plans and goals for leading B2B technology companies
Oversee operational performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, deadline and budget adherence
Help supervise junior staff junior by motivating, coaching and consistently providing feedback
Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content
Drive media relations including creating and driving outreach plans, media strategy, message development, management of events, coordination of media familiarization trips, effective pitching and training of spokespersons on speeches and presentations and growth of contact network
Serve as daily client contact and act as client lead when appropriate; address client issues thoughtfully and effectively
Demonstrate tactical proficiency in media relations, including creating and driving both traditional and social media outreach plans – any experience in SaaS or HR technology a plus
Have a spirit of innovation, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to take risks and be motivated by the mutual success of their clients and their career
Basic Qualifications:
At least four years of experience in Communications, Marketing, and/or related fields.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Have strong relationships with tech, business and national media (experience with B2B technology communications strategy is a plus!)
Have a comprehensive understanding of the current technology industry landscape
Skilled in written and verbal communication
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends and understands how they integrate into communications programs
Have proven experience in project management and overseeing the quality and operational performance of accounts, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence
Understand visual communications, social media and the digital landscape and how to incorporate them into client programs
Have participated in the research, planning and development of comprehensive PR campaigns
Have served as the daily client contact
Love to work with teams to generate original ideas for creative campaigns/media activations and helping integrate them into plans
Have experience with day-to-day client budgeting, tracking and monitoring project financials
Have contributed to new business processes and proposals
Have overseen and managed junior staff to ensure quality and consistency of their work
$68,000 - $96,000 a year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
