What You’ll Do:
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new client accounts
- Support practice managers, office staff, and clinical liaisons
- Conduct regular check-in calls and serve as a long-term point of contact
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and growth
- Troubleshoot client issues and guide best practices in workflow and technology
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, client success, or medical office management
- Ability to juggle multiple client needs and maintain strong relationships
- Organized and solution-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with RPM, EMRs, or health tech tools a plus

- Salary: $60,000–$80,000 based on experience
