Key responsibilities:
Leads.io is looking for an Account Success Manager for the french market to temporarily join our dynamic team while one of our colleagues is on paternity leave. In this role, you will help the team manage our existing portfolio, be the main point of contact for our customers, and help grow our network through prospecting and sales activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Grow our customer network through individual prospecting and sales activity
- Work with our marketing team to cultivate effective sales prospects and a prospect database
- Increase product holding across the existing customer base through the identification of opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through the customer lifecycle
- Negotiation of commercial terms and decision making up to authorised levels
- Ambassador of our brand
- Collection of account arrears

- Native French with good level of english
- Experience in account management or sales is essential, with a lead generation market knowledge as a strong advantage. Proficiency in telephone sales is also highly beneficial.
- Empathy and strong communication skills to build trust and transparency;
- Skilled in negotiation, capable of balancing client needs with company objectives.
- Proactive and organised, always looking to improve client satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Driven to grow accounts through strategic, win-win approaches.
- Temporary paternity contract to replace paternity with a gross salary between €25.000 - €27.000
