Key responsibilities
Working closely with client servicing (CEs), placement, and operations teams, you will:
Client renewal and servicing support
- Assist with gathering, formatting, and preparing renewal information, presentations, proposals, and required documentation
- Coordinate timelines and workflow to ensure delivery against renewal and servicing milestones
- Manage and record client and carrier communications in shared repositories to ensure timely follow-up
- Create, collect, maintain, and track renewal documents; report on open items
- Capture and maintain accurate records and data entry in relevant systems to support data quality for benchmarking, analytics, and insights
- Maintain the CE checklist and ensure documentation is correctly labeled and filed in line with Client First Principles
Operational excellence and stakeholder coordination
- Organize, plan, and monitor efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and ways of working
- Maintain awareness of Marsh compliance, professional, and transparency standards
- Maintain a solid understanding of core insurance procedures and related legislation
Renewal meeting and placement process support (PRISM/RSM)
- Support planning for PRISM (Pre-Renewal Internal Strategy Meeting): obtain documentation from internal teams, clients, and insurers
- Attend PRISM and RSM meetings; circulate actions and track progress
- Update slips, gather updated client exposure data, perform claims analysis, and e-file documents
- Finalize submission documents and incorporate CE feedback for Renewal Strategy Meetings
- Prepare quote slips (ET2/manual), coordinate submission to placement teams, and record insurer responses in ET2
- Analyze and prepare draft Financial and Coverage Comparisons (FCC) for client team review
- Generate NDAs as required and capture client confirmation
- Prepare/update placing slips, follow up on signed slips, and review certificates obtained from insurers (DocuSign)
- Track and perform first checks on policy and invoice documentation; coordinate review with placement and client teams (ET2/RISCS/Jira/DocuSign)
- Request and collate invoices/statements for submission to clients; support credit control (premium and fees)
- Monitor and track subjectivities with client teams
- Manage non-premium endorsements, including tracking and issuance of endorsements, invoices, and certificates (ET2/SharePoint/iConnect)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; comfortable working across multiple applications
- Aptitude for / understanding of core Marsh technologies such as MarshForce, Eurosys, RiSCS, ET2, DocuSign, MShare, and Jira
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with distributed teams
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
