Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Ulm (Deutschland) suchen wir einen engagierten und zuverlässigen Account Specialist (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden und Aufbau starker, langfristiger und kooperativer Kundenbeziehungen
- Verständnis der jeweiligen Geschäftsvereinbarungen mit den Kunden und Sicherstellung ihrer Einhaltung
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller Kundenpläne, die den Produkt-, Farb- und Dienstleistungsbedarf präzise abbilden
- Klare und überzeugende Kommunikation der Werte und Vorteile der Axalta-Produkte, -Farben und -Dienstleistungen
- Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse und gezielter Einsatz interner Ressourcen zur optimalen Unterstützung
- Strukturierte und planmäßige Kommunikation mit regelmäßigen Kundenbesuchen sowie lückenlose Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Eigenständige Nachverfolgung von Problemen und proaktive Beratung zu Prozessverbesserungen zur Beseitigung von Kundenhindernissen
- Priorisierung von Aufgaben und aktive Mitwirkung an den regionalen Teamzielen in Bezug auf Umsatz, Rentabilität, Kundenbindung und Vertriebsmanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und Förderung der Nutzung von Axalta-Schulungen und lokalen Leistungsgruppen durch den Kunden
- Leitung und Koordination von Projekten zur Umstellung von Lacken sowie Einbindung der erforderlichen Vertriebsressourcen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung korrekter Kunden- und Kontaktdaten in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Effektive Nutzung technischer Tools wie SharePoint, Pitcher, Salesforce und MS Office zur Steigerung der Produktivität und Verbesserung der internen und externen Kommunikation
Ihr Profil:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im Bereich Autoreparaturlacke, mit nachweislicher Erfolgsbilanz in der Kundenbetreuung
- Abgeschlossene Fahrzeuglackiererausbildung, Meister, Bachelor-Studium oder mindestens 3–5 Jahre relevante Branchenerfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Unfallinstandsetzung, gewerblicher Transport, Industrieanwendungen sowie grundlegende Vertriebskenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse der Axalta-Kernproduktlinien und des Werkstattgeschäfts
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen, schnell zu reagieren und Probleme durch kooperative Lösungsansätze zu bewältigen
- Hohes Maß an Selbstdisziplin und Eigenverantwortung in einem autonomen Arbeitsumfeld
- Professionelles Auftreten auf allen Ebenen der Organisation sowie Bewusstsein für die Auswirkungen des eigenen Handelns auf den Kunden
- Teamorientiertes Verhalten und aktive Unterstützung der regionalen Vertriebsaktivitäten zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Ziele
- Sicheres, überzeugendes und zielgerichtetes Auftreten in schriftlicher und mündlicher Kommunikation
- Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft (mindestens 70 % der Arbeitszeit)

Skills Required
- Several years of sales experience, preferably in automotive refinishing coatings, with a proven record in customer service
- Automotive painter training, master craftsman qualification, bachelor's degree, or at least 3–5 years of relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of collision repair, commercial transportation, industrial applications, and basic sales practices
- Knowledge of Axalta core product lines and the workshop business
- Ability to identify customer needs, respond quickly, and resolve problems collaboratively
- Self-discipline and ability to work independently in an autonomous environment
- Professional conduct at all organizational levels and customer-impact awareness
- Team-oriented behavior and support for regional sales activities
- Confident, persuasive, and targeted written and verbal communication skills
- Very good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- High willingness to travel, at least 70% of working time
