Job Summary:
Red Hat ソリューションアーキテクトチームでは、ソリューションアーキテクトとしてこのチームに参加くださる、経験豊富なプリセール スエンジニアを募集しています。このポジションでは、第一線でお客様と対話し、案件の創造、問題の解決、顧客とのビジネス関係の構築 を行っていただきます。また、顧客のビジネスや技術的なニーズを見出して分析し、顧客システムの最適化および効率化に向けて、セール スチームやサービスチームと連携して、お客様が数あるRed Hatのプロダクトおよびソリューションの中からベストな解決策に投資ができる ように支援します。お客様が最初に弊社と深く関わりを持っていただくにあたり、ソリューションアーキテクトは極めて重要な役割を果たすため、優れたコミュニケーション能力およびヒューマンスキルが必要になってきます。また、技術的な知識、オープンソースへの熱意、 エンタープライズレベルのビジネスプロセスや IT の問題に関する深い理解力をバランス良く有している必要があります。また、ソリューシ ョンアーキテクトは、テレコム業界の知識と課題、そして将来の方向性を理解し、お客様のビジネス課題を解決するための最適なソリュー ションを提案できる必要があります。
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- 複雑なオファリングとソリューションの開発と実装のためのプリセールス技術サポートを提供すること
- 顧客との戦略的関係を構築し、Red Hat の製品およびソリューションの信頼できるアドバイザーとなること
- Red Hat ソリューションに関する知識を活用し、営業プレゼンテーション、顧客ワークショップ、当社製品のデモンストレー ション、評価、概念実証 (PoC) を通じて、営業スタッフ、顧客、パートナーに技術的な専門知識を提供すること
- RFI、RFP、RFQの技術的なセクションに対する回答を調査し、作成すること
- 顧客のビジネスおよびIT環境を理解し、営業チームと協力してRed Hatのソリューションの潜在的な適用可能性を評価すること
- チームメンバーが自分の成功や失敗から学べるように知識や調査結果を共有すること
Required Skills:
- テレコム業界における3年以上のプリセールス経験
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力: ビジネス、技術、経営、リーダーシップチームを含む、大小様々な聴衆に対してプレゼンテーションができること
- お客様（エンジニアリング、ビジネス、エグゼクティブレベル）との関係構築力
- 複雑なエンタープライズソリューションとアーキテクチャの理解
- 最高のソリューションを顧客に提供するために、チーム環境で働き、他者と協力する能力
- アジャイル開発やDevOpsのような最新の方法論の理解
- 自動化、オーケストレーション、構成管理のようなDay2関連ソリューションの理解
- オープンソースへの熱意、クラウドやソフトウェアに関する知識、お客様のビジネスや IT の問題に関する深い理解力をバラ ンス良く有すること
- 継続的に学習し新しいケイパビリティを習得する意欲があること
- 基礎的な英語力(特にリーディングとリスニング)
- テレコム業界向け通信インフラ、ないし大規模ネットワーク・インフラの経験があれば尚可
- AI / IoT / インテグレーション / マイクロサービスや、パブリッククラウドの利用経験があれば尚可
- 営業方法論（TAS、SPIN、MEDDPICCなど）の経験があれば尚可
- Linuxシステムプログラミングおよび軽度のシステム管理経験があれば尚可
- Cレベルの経営幹部と仕事をした経験があれば尚可 • Red Hat認定資格取得済みであれば尚可: Red Hat認定システム管理者、Red Hat認定エンジニア、Red Hat認定アーキテクト
