Job Description
Develop, manage and enhance online account opening for Transaction banking clients. Drives end-to-end product strategy and execution to provide a seamless, secure and compliant online onboarding experience for clients.
To work closely with all business and supporting functions stakeholders.
Product strategy and development: define and execute product roadmap, identify market opportunities, customer needs and digital trends. Develop value proposition that enhance clients experience and improve onboarding efficiency
Digital customer onboarding process design: to ensure seamless integration with bank’s system.
Stakeholder management: collaborate with all related stakeholders, both internal and external and facilitate alignment among stakeholders to ensure productive and efficient process
Regulatory and Risk management: to ensure compliance with all related regulations
Product management: to monitor product performance and continuous improvement
Market and competitive intelligence: benchmark with industry best practice
