We’re seeking a high‑energy New Business Account Manager who thrives on opening doors, winning competitive deals, and building customer relationships from scratch. What You’ll Do

  • Own net‑new customer acquisition across an assigned midmarket territory
  • Identify, target, and win customers currently using competitor solutions
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and marketing‑generated leads
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer goals, pain points, and digital transformation priorities
  • Position Ricoh’s solutions as differentiated, outcome‑driven alternatives
  • Present compelling solutions to decision‑makers, both virtually and in person
  • Collaborate with internal partners to design and close competitive opportunities

  • Net‑new logo acquisition
  • KPI’s include: appointments, opportunities, proposals and orders
  • New business revenue vs. quota
  • Pipeline creation and coverage
  • Expansion and share‑of‑wallet growth within new accounts
