The Account Representative plays a key role in driving Fortra’s customer growth and retention. This role is responsible for building relationships with prospects and existing customers through targeted outreach, lead follow-up, and account management support. You’ll partner closely with Regional Sales Managers to develop new opportunities while ensuring customers receive the guidance and support they need. This entry-level position offers a competitive base salary, commission, and excellent career growth potential in sales or marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Generate new business opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound campaigns.
- Conduct calling campaigns to support new customer acquisition efforts.
- Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
- Manage customer communication, negotiation, and processing for license transfers and upgrades.
- Coordinate and schedule product overview demos to educate customers on licensed software.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional presence with the ability to represent Fortra and its solutions effectively.
- Ability to influence and build trust with customers and prospects.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
