Account Representative

As an Account Representative, you’ll partner closely with our Sales Manager for Korea, Japan, and Mongolia in business development, sales and marketing, and supporting/managing relationships with our local sales representatives.

As an Account Representative a typical day might include the following:  

• Provide sales support for assigned territory including activities such as quoting and lead qualification. 

• Promote sales and track progress toward sales goals by regularly following up on open quotes, providing input for forecasting, and reporting on sales.

• Support customer visits to develop relationships, deliver and receive pertinent information regarding customer accounts, and at times represent SEL at tradeshows, conferences and events.

• Assist with managing and identifying opportunities to increase sales.

• Provide customer service for assigned customers to support order processing/fulfillment or RMA’s, manage and resolve customer feedbacks, and manage NPS/survey responses and resolution.

• Provide administrative and customer service support to management, sales engineers, or outside sales reps for assigned customers.

• Other duties as assigned. 

This job might be for you if:

• You have 3 years of progressively responsible customer service, technical sales, or related experience

• You have a bachelor's degree or related experience

• You have account management experience

• You have database and reporting experience (salesforce, etc.)

• You have strong communication skills in Korean, English, and Japanese

• You have the ability to travel up to 30%
