PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
- Manage the business development plan for assigned Corporate Loan Portfolio.
- Build a wide client network and initiate prospects and assess opportunities/needs for an assigned portfolio of corporate relationship and new clients/accounts.
- Getting to know the Corporate Market development for assigned Corporate Loan Portfolio
- Cross-selling of Bank and other RHB Group’s products.
- Proactively manage loan portfolio and protect loan quality

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope & Complexity
- Manage & service existing relationships for the assigned corporate loan portfolio of less complexity and smaller in size.
- Increase depth of relationship and manage customers’ needs to achieve an acceptable level of RAROC in line with agreed business plan
- Develop and acquire new relationships.
- Timely periodic review of the assigned portfolio.
- Undertake timely assessment on any relevant adverse market news and/or unsatisfactory account conduct , which may affect the credit profile of the borrowers
Leadership
- Managing the inter-divisional relationships to assist in delivering good customer service.
Problem-Solving
- Delivers excellent service standard and trouble shoots problems & complaints from clients.
Interpersonal Skills
- “First-to-know” with regards to corporate market development by maintaining regular customer visitation/contacts.
- Participate in account planning with Client Coverage Team and collaborate with other product partners where appropriate
- Group Corporate Banking ‘s liaison officer for the assigned portfolio for all cross-sell contacts and external parties.
