• 📊 1-3+ Years in AR, Data Entry, or Admin Support– You've handled financial or administrative data entry before.

Responsibilities of the Account Receivable Specialist:

Your responsibilities include:

• 💳 Daily Data Entry & Payment Processing

• Log into the CashPro banking portal each morning to review incoming fees and download accompanying documents
• Process anywhere from 75 to 300 individual entries and documents daily
• Extract key financial data points from each payment document, including settlement amount, attorney fees, and the firm's received fee
• Verify that the amount listed on each document matches what was actually received in the bank account
• Log extracted financial data accurately into a designated Google Sheet
• Learn to recognize varying settlement sheet formats across roughly 150 different referral partners

• 📁 Document Management & Organization

• Pull documents from the CashPro portal and upload them into Google Drive
• Rename downloaded documents according to company naming conventions, including client and referral partner names
• Understand how logged data flows into Salesforce through automated processes

• 🔍 Discrepancy Handling

• Flag any discrepancies spotted on a document to a senior team member for review
• Escalate unresolved discrepancies through the appropriate channels for clarification with referral partners

• 🧮 Auditing & Process Improvement

• Participate in quarterly goal-setting (90-day "rocks") to help improve internal systems and clean up data
• Perform manual side-by-side audits comparing referral partner lists against internal records
• Support data clean-up projects as needed

• 🤝 Team Collaboration

• Work closely with a senior teammate daily to split workload and get hands-on training
• Communicate proactively via Slack, including stepping-away notifications
• Prioritize accuracy over speed—getting the data right matters more than finishing fast
