Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Account & Product Manager to join their team in North Mankato, MN! This is a hybrid-responsibility role for someone who wants ownership on both sides of the business: managing a portfolio of design-led print accounts while also supporting the product team shaping what comes next. You'll be the primary relationship owner for your accounts and a partner to design and sales on new product ideas, giving you a rare mix of account ownership and creative/product influence in a single seat.
Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing design-led accounts: own day-to-day service for the assigned book including pricing, drops/adds, order status, and escalations through to resolution.
  • Coordinate product expansion opportunities: partner with the design team on new products, form factors, and catalog additions based on account and market feedback.
  • Drive customer outreach and growth planning: proactively identify account needs, recommend solutions, and support forecasts and quotes for new or expanded programs.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Sales teams on new opportunities: coordinate design and work order requests across the book, from as-is design pickups to fully custom programs (licensing, spec sheets, artwork approval).

You Must Have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or product coordination, with a track record of managing accounts through renewal or growth.
  • Strong customer focus: ability to build effective relationships internally and externally, and comfort managing a mix of high-volume smaller accounts and closer custom-design relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort translating account and design requests into clear specs for internal teams.

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Experience in the print, POD, or promotional products industry.
  • Familiarity with order management/ERP systems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. You’ll see our solutions in your mailbox, your email inbox, in retail settings and on your mobile device. However, while Taylor's capabilities have changed dramatically in the last 45 years, our core purpose remains the same ― to create opportunity and security for our employees. Taylor also continuously invests in technologies and production methods that enable us to shrink our environmental footprint.
