Founded in Hong Kong in 2016 by the couple Delphine Lefay and Diego Dultzin Lacoste, OnTheList is Asia's first members-only flash sales concept.
OnTheList works directly with retail brands and official distributors, turning old inventory into opportunity by providing a sustainable way for brands to sell past-season items that would have otherwise ended up in landfills, while providing the best deals and steep discounts to our OnTheList members. 

 

Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, OnTheList has hosted over 6,350 flash sales and has built a community of over 1.53 million members across all regions. We've since expanded to Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Thailand, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia with plans to expand to more strategic markets.

Account Planning Manager 

As Account Planning Manager at OnTheList Dubai, you are the engine behind our brand partnershipsowning the full journey from first outreach to a seamlessly executed flash sale event. You will be the single point of contact between OnTheList and our brand partners, responsible for building deep, trust-based relationships while driving commercial performance. 

This role blends the precision of an event producer, the instincts of a commercial strategist, and the warmth of a true relationship manager. You will coordinate across Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and the Floor Team to deliver outstanding online and offline eventsevery detail accounted for, every brand partner delighted. 

  

WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH... 

 

Brand Liaison & Relationship Management 

  • Act as the primary and ongoing point of contact for all assigned brand partners -managing communication, expectations, and day-to-day queries with professionalism and care to build long term relationship.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partner relationships and increase brand loyalty to the OnTheList platform. 
  • Ensure brand partners are kept informed at every stage from event planning through post-event reporting, delivering a consistently high standard of service. 
  • Represent the OnTheList corporate brand and mission to Turn Inventory into Opportunity in every partner interaction. 

Brand Acquisition & Onboarding 

    • Identify, prospect, and leverage your existing luxury industry network to open doors with new brand partners across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and luxury categories in Dubai and the GCC.
    • Develop and deliver compelling pitches that clearly communicate OnTheList's commercial and sustainability value proposition.
    • Negotiate commercial terms, partnership structures, and event calendars with new brands.
    • Lead a seamless onboarding process, ensuring new brands are set up operationally and commercially for success from day one.

     End-to-End Event Management

    • Own the full lifecycle of every flash sale event: from initial planning, timelines, and briefing documents through to on-the-day execution and post-event wrap-up, for both online and offline events
    • Serve as the central coordinator between Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and the Floor Team, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, briefed, and logistical challenges are resolved ahead of each event.
    • Oversee all on-site execution for pop-up events - vendor coordination, setup, teardown, inventory management, and timely product delivery -  ensuring brand presentation and customer experience meet OnTheList's standards.
    • Conduct post-event reviews, capturing learnings and sharing performance reports with brand partners and internal leadership.

     Stock Analysis & Commercial Planning 

      • Conduct detailed stock analysis per brand partner — reviewing inventory levels, product mix, pricing, and category performance to inform event strategy and curate the right product selection for each flash sale.
      • Monitor sell-through rates, revenue performance, and inventory outcomes per event, using data to drive continuous improvement.
      • Apply a strong commercial mindset to every decision — from product selection and pricing recommendations to event format and promotional strategy.

       Account Retention & Growth 

        • Conduct regular and quarterly business reviews with brand partners and internal leadership, presenting performance data, insights, and forward-looking recommendations to drive growth and contribute to the UAE commercial strategy.
        • Act as a trusted advisor to brand partners — providing insight on product, pricing, and event strategy while proactively identifying upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities across the portfolio.
        • Monitor account health, market trends, and the broader GCC retail landscape to identify risks early and unlock new opportunities for growth.

        WHAT IT TAKES... 

          • 8+ years in account management or B2B business development within luxury retail, with an established network in the UAE or GCC — a strong differentiator for this role.
          • Proven end-to-end event and project management experience, with strong cross-functional coordination skills.
          • Excellent negotiator — target-driven, commercially minded, strategic thinker and problem solver who works autonomously.
          • Customer-oriented with a growth mindset; a self-starter who is highly organised, clear communicator and strong team player, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
          • Fluent in Arabic and English (required); proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
          • Calm under pressure, adaptable, solutions-focused, and genuinely passionate about sustainability and luxury retail.
