Account Payables Accountant

What you will be responsible for:

• Processing and managing all vendor invoices and staff claim in accordance to company SOP
• Code invoices to the correct general ledger accounts, ensure that all invoices are properly documented and promptly recorded
• Assist in the month-end closing process, including reconciliations and journal entries related to accounts payable
• Perform fixed asset accounting and ensure accurate postings
• Other Duties as Assigned including participate in process improvement initiatives within the accounting department, assist with other accounting tasks as needed, such as expense report processing, bi-annual fixed asset count, annual audit and other tax compliance requirement.

How you will stand out:

• Experience: Min 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail。
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Oracle)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
