This is a remote position.
You will play a key role in connecting brands with talent, ensuring smooth communication, and helping move deals forward efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in communication, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound brand partnership inquiries and assess opportunities
- Coordinate and match brands with suitable creators/talent
- Act as the main point of contact between brand partners and talent
- Support and drive deals from initial inquiry through to close
- Advocate for talent throughout the negotiation and deal process
- Track and manage opportunities across the pipeline
- Maintain and update workflows within TeamInbox, Basecamp, or similar tools
- Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication across all stakeholders
- Proactively follow up on opportunities to keep momentum and drive conversions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or client services (agency or influencer marketing experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Confident in representing and advocating for talent
- Experience working with project management or communication tools (e.g., Basecamp) is a plus
