Responsibilities
- Sales Management: Oversee sales activities to maximize outcomes and enhance the company’s profitability.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all sales processes and regulations as outlined by management.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular visits to customers to assess their needs and promote the company’s products and services.
- Lead Generation: Generate sales leads and relay them to the appropriate departments for follow-up, in line with company directives.
- Accounts Follow-Up: Monitor customer payments and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively working to expand the customer base.
- Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and uncover potential business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
- Experience in sales in shipping industry is preferred
