Responsibilities 

  • Sales Management: Oversee sales activities to maximize outcomes and enhance the company’s profitability.
  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to all sales processes and regulations as outlined by management.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular visits to customers to assess their needs and promote the company’s products and services.
  • Lead Generation: Generate sales leads and relay them to the appropriate departments for follow-up, in line with company directives.
  • Accounts Follow-Up: Monitor customer payments and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively working to expand the customer base.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and uncover potential business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field 
  • Experience in sales in shipping industry is preferred 
  • Understanding of sales processes and dynamics 
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota 
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Thai 
  • Having logical thinking and problem-solving skills 
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints constructively 
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Agile and adaptive 
  • Thai Nationality

Skills Required
