Job Summary

This role supports the management of a portfolio of hotel partners to improve product competitiveness, availability, and overall performance. As part of a collaborative commercial team, you will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, using data insights to prioritise actions and support commercial success.

Responsibilities
  • Support renegotiation of hotel contracts to improve rates, availability, and offers

  • Manage assigned hotel portfolio to maintain strong performance

  • Use company dashboards to prioritise actions and support decision-making

  • Work with suppliers to secure additional availability and promotional offers

  • Ensure accurate loading of commercial conditions in internal systems

  • Build and maintain regular contact with hotel suppliers

  • Collaborate closely with the Contracting Manager to share insights and align priorities

  • Contribute to efficient and consistent team processes

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or a commercial environment (internship or entry-level acceptable)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Basic analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
