Job Summary

As part of a high-performing and collaborative commercial team, you will enhance the competitiveness, availability, and overall performance of a portfolio of hotels. This role focuses on optimising commercial conditions, driving data-led actions, and building strong partner relationships to maximise revenue and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Renegotiate commercial conditions with hotel partners to maximise availability, promotional offers, and competitive rates, ensuring accurate system implementation
  • Use data insights and dashboards to prioritise actions and optimise product performance
  • Drive additional availability and secure new offers directly from hotel partners
  • Collaborate closely with the Contracting Manager to align strategies, share insights, and improve efficiency
  • Maintain proactive, daily communication with assigned hotel partners to strengthen relationships and performance
Requirements & Skills
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Adaptable and team-oriented
  • Experience in commercial, sales, or account management roles
  • Comfortable working with data and performance tools
  • Hospitality or travel industry knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
