Job Summary

Working as part of a high-performing, collaborative commercial team, you will continually enhance the competitiveness and availability for sale of the product across an assigned portfolio of hotels to optimize overall performance.

Responsibilities
  • Renegotiate contracting conditions with our hotel suppliers to maximize availability, offers, best available rates, and ensure accurate loading of commercial conditions with the highest level of system expertise.
  • Apply targeted actions on the product and prioritize initiatives based on data insights provided by company dashboards.
  • Secure new offers and extra availability directly loaded into the system by suppliers.
  • Partner internally with the Contracting Manager to ensure high-quality collaboration, sharing strategies and driving efficiency.
  • Proactively manage daily contact with assigned hotel suppliers to maintain strong relationships and performance.
Skillset and Experience Required
  • Strong negotiation and contracting experience within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Commercial acumen with a proven ability to optimize product performance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize actions based on analytics.
  • Proficiency in relevant systems and tools; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
