Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 3+ years’ experience in account management/client services at a marketing agency or similar firm.
  • A sound understanding of marketing principles (we’re a marketing agency after all!).
  • A mix of strategic thinking and detail obsession (you can zoom out and zoom in).
  • Strong communication skills—you know how to read the room and keep clients’ trust.
  • Curiosity, energy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool.
  • Senior living marketing experience is a bonus (and preferred!) but not a dealbreaker if you’re eager to learn the space.
  • Experience in leveraging marketing technology (e.g., Project Management software, CRMs) and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) is a plus too.
