About you:
You enjoy building strong relationships and helping customers get real value from the software they use every day. You’re commercially aware and know how to spot opportunities to grow accounts in a way that feels natural and helpful, not pushy. You’re confident talking to different people across a business, from operational teams through to senior leaders, and you’re comfortable explaining solutions in a clear, simple way. You stay organised, manage your time well and take ownership of your portfolio so customers feel supported and confident working with you.
Day-to-day, you will:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Access Delta customers across sectors such as third-party logistics (3PL), distribution, manufacturing and eCommerce.
Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the wider Access software suite, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), finance, human resources (HR) and reporting tools.
Run product demonstrations and present tailored solutions that meet each customer’s needs.
Manage renewals, forecasting and pipeline activity in Salesforce, while working closely with implementation and support teams to keep the customer experience smooth.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Knowledge of warehouse management, supply chain or logistics operations.
Experience working with customers in 3PL, distribution or manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with ERP systems or integrated software platforms.
Experience gathering and sharing customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
