Manage a portfolio of existing volume customers, serving as the main point of contact
Drive renewals, retention, and incremental growth across the assigned customer base
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and understand their cybersecurity needs
Work closely with channel partners and distributors to execute account strategies and sales motions
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Engineers, Channel, Customer Success) to support customer engagement and solution adoption
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
Execute structured sales activities across a high-volume account set efficiently and consistently
What You Bring
Min 6 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology
Experience managing existing accounts and working through channels / distributors
Ability to handle volume-driven sales motions with discipline and structure
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Prior experience in the Korea market is an advantage
