Are you passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and creating exceptional customer experiences? Diversey is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to manage accounts, retain customers, and secure new business while promoting our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers through site visits and service excellence
- Sales of cleaning technology and hygiene products and solutions
- Develop existing business relationships
- Training of partners in hygiene and cleaning technology
- Provides on-site hygiene services to partners, including the preparation of audits, reports, related measurements and other activities
- Sets and monitors the parameters and concentrations of the dosing devices
- Monitor and analyse local food industry trends
- Visiting food production plants
What We’re Looking For:
- Account management experience two years preferred
- Highly organised with strong planning and attention to detail
- Confident, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a wider team
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Business affinity, high load capacity
- Openness to new technologies
- Computer User Skills (MS Office)
- Sales Experience Advantage
- Higher education, primarily in the food industry/agriculture
- Minimum conversational knowledge of English
- Category B driver's license, willingness to travel within the country
- Have experience in the food industry, related sectors, or experience working with chemicals
- Preferably hold a degree in Food Industry or Biotechnology
