We are looking for a motivated and client-oriented Account Manager with experience in the IT industry to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying how IT solutions and services can address business needs, and ensuring sales results.
This role combines account management, sales and project coordination, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Understand customer requirements and align business needs with technology solutions.
- Define clients' requirements, design and propose innovative solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Coordinate the delivery of IT projects and services, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and customer expectations are met.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance against targets.
- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales within the IT sector.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts will be considered a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of IT solutions, enterprise software implementation and customization projects, cloud services, or managed services
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
